Integris Design is a design & marketing agency based in the mountains of North Carolina. The agency was founded by Ken & April Carroll in 2006 with a straightforward goal in mind: To give businesses the same expertise that large corporations utilize for success.
Ken Carroll is an award-winning, certified marketing and design expert with over 25 years of experience. He has the opportunity to work with some of the largest brands in North America and benefits from seeing first-hand how larger organizations effectively combine traditional and digital media. Over the years, Ken was given numerous awards, especially during the economic downturn of 2008, when he was credited for his ability to sustain certain brands. He's also worked with some of the most well-known icons in the educational market.
April has an advanced background in project management with an organization in the private sector. She has helped organize complex production processes across multiple countries. At Integris, she is the office manager, oversees daily accounting operations and is instrumental in daily operations.
A small team of proven professionals joins them, including Bette Schantz, Integris Design's Operations Manager. Her management background and organized, systematic approach assure smooth daily operations and positive client relations.
When Integris Design was initially established as BelizeGraphics.com, it was formed with Mark 12:30-31 in mind.
"30 and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ 31 The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
In 2020, Integris Design only lost one client during the "pandemic." It wasn't because of the marketing effort but rather because the client was unable to renew the lease of their ranch. However, they had bookings at the time of their closing.
As small business owners, Ken & April understand the difficulties of running a small business and take the responsibility of developing a marketing strategy very seriously, especially since 2020 and its impact on small businesses across The United States.
