Calendly - Scheduling software could save you about 50 hours a year

I can’t tell you how frustrated I used to be trying to schedule meetings before. I’d be frazzled trying not to overbook, constantly replying to missed phone calls, and compulsively checking my email to try and balance appointments.

That is before I found Calendly. For me, it’s been a Godsend.

It’s a transformative way to guarantee up-to-the-minute accuracy for your appointments.

You don’t have to worry about overbooking, or sending back and forth 10 different emails with one person just to set up a meeting. (And that’s just for one person. Imagine how many emails you are sending back and forth every day to make appointments inside and outside of your business.)

With Calendly you can send your schedule over to someone and let the other person book the appointment when they’re available. Calendly has additional benefits as well.

You can:

  • Set a time limit to the meeting (a 15-minute discovery call for example)
  • Put a buffer time in between your first call and your next call. This allows you to reset or prepare for your next call.
  • Manage different time zones seamlessly.

It takes literally less than a minute. I’d wager I save at least 10-15 minutes a day and a heck of a lot of confusion with this software alone. That’s roughly 50 hours a year I save on scheduling alone.

Calendly has a beautifully simple user interface that feels very professional to the sender and the receiver of the invitation link.

If I had this software 10 years ago I can’t even imagine where I’d be today.
