Google Workspace – The King of Collaboration

Google Workspace - The King of Collaboration

Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) is a way for you and your team to easily communicate and collaborate using all of Google’s online applications.

It ensures quick communication up and down the chain of command. It puts Gmail, Calander, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Jamboard, and Currents all in one place.

I know you probably don’t know what some of this software is. The point is when you do find one you want to use…

...it will be dirt simple to implement because it’s all in the Google universe.

You can have editing sessions in real-time. You can see changes to documents live with no perceivable delay.

All documents are searchable (it is software made by Google after all). If you type “marketing plan” you will get results from all of your separate Google apps.

For example, it will return “marketing plan” in slides, docs, and sheets if that’s where that search term lives.

You get an email address with your business domain name. ([email protected])

With Google Calander, you can set up notifications and reminders, and you can create multiple calendars that everyone can see and modify. Or you can change permission settings so only a few people can modify, but everyone can see.

Google Drive lets you create documents that only certain people have permission to view or edit. This gives you a military-like “top secret clearance” system so your employees are informed only on a need-to-know basis.

You can do video conferencing calls with Google meet. Heck, you can do a video conference call, and write in Google Drive in real-time. This could really cut down on your back and forth between using email, texting, word, and phone calls.

There's an option to create what are essentially online powerpoints (Google Slides). You can edit in real-time and collaborate as well.

Most of the software inside the suit has unlimited version history. You can go back for example, as far as 20 drafts if you wanted to.

If anything were to happen to an employee’s computer (theft or otherwise compromised) then you can remotely wipe all of the Google Data off of that computer.

Google Workspace also offers a partner program.

If you partner with me, my team can help you seamlessly migrate all of your data to the new platform. This includes emails, address book info, and all of your online calendars.

I can tell you what other software I use and have integrated into Google Suits to make my life easier - and see if you want to set that up as well.

Google uploads new software almost every year. If there is a new software that pops up and if I think it could help you out, I’ll let you know that too.

You also have full control over what I have access to. If you have private business information you don't feel comfortable sharing - you can block that information in the admin panel.

If you have a large team I can tell you what I've done to help other companies manage them through this software.

Once you have the system set up and running it’s it will streamline your productivity and collaboration. The initial onboarding process can be a bit tricky on your own. However, I do this stuff in my sleep. It will be no problem for me to get you up and running.

You get the full backing and support of my team as well. We’ll be like you’re own private IT support company.
